What do you specialize in?
I focus on creating eCommerce solutions for European brands entering or scaling in the Philippine market.
My services range from UX/UI design and conversion rate optimization (CRO) to building on platforms like Shopify and WooCommerce, integrating Philippine-native payment systems and couriers, as well as providing SEO and content creation (including photo, video, and graphics). My goal is to develop websites that sell effectively and foster lasting partnerships.
Who is a good fit to work with you?
I work with European companies that want to connect with customers, suppliers, or distributors in the Philippines. This includes direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands, B2B manufacturers, SaaS providers with storefront add-ons, and agencies looking for a hands-on execution partner. Philippine businesses collaborating with European brands are also welcome to reach out.
How do we start, and what’s the process?
We begin with a discovery and audit phase, which includes market analysis, technology assessment, content evaluation, and analytics review. After aligning on a growth plan, we move into the design and build phase, followed by localization and integration of payments, logistics, and tax systems.
Finally, we launch and optimize, including setting up Google Analytics 4 (GA4), dashboards, A/B testing, and retention strategies. I also provide training for your team to maintain progress in-house.
