How long does a typical project take?
Timelines vary based on project scope and requirements:
- Simple Graphic Design Projects: Often completed within a few days to a few weeks, with revisions and approval by decision-makers.
- Website Design: Ranges from a few weeks, depending on complexity and the number of pages. Usually, it takes 5 days if all necessary assets are completed with 5-6 pages. I use WordPress and drag-and-drop features: no hard coding and backend setups.
- E-commerce Projects: This could take several weeks to a few months, factoring in product listings, integrations, and custom features. It would take 1 month for 20 products with photos edited and SEO setup with Yoast and Woo Commerce.
I will give you a clear timeline during our initial planning stage so you know what to expect.
Do you offer revisions if I’m not satisfied with the design?
Yes. Most projects come with a set number of revisions but with limitations. It will be included in the planning stage to ensure everyone is fully satisfied with the outcome so additional revisions can be discussed. Revisions typically given with 3x.
How will we communicate throughout the project?
I prioritize clear and consistent communication. We can connect via email or scheduled video calls (Zoom, Google Meet, MS Teams, etc.), whichever is most convenient for both of us. I also use project management tools (like Nifty and Asana) to keep track of milestones and updates. Everything will also be recorded for reference.
Do you use AI, particularly for writing blogs and creating images?
Yes, I incorporate AI as part of my workflow, but always under my direct creative supervision. Think of AI much like a specialized search engine—it’s excellent at generating quick ideas or content but cannot replace my trusted vision and expertise. I use AI to help streamline tasks and spark inspiration, but I carefully review, refine, and enhance every piece of AI-generated work to ensure it meets the highest quality standards, maintains authenticity, and aligns with the client’s brand.
It’s a NEW Tool that cannot be wasted and avoided without compromising reliability and human creativity.
