When I joined Natural Intelligence Solutions in December 2015, the company, known to many as Lloopp, was at the frontlines of AI adoption in the Philippines.
Its mission was bold: to transform how businesses understood data, turning raw information into actionable intelligence for advertising, brand management, product recommendations, supply chains, and customer loyalty. I stepped into this environment as a Digital Marketing and SEO Specialist, tasked with bridging the gap between highly technical work and the audiences who needed to understand it.
Those years were a crash course in making complex ideas digestible. I spent much of my time turning raw outputs from the data science team into content that resonated with executives, clients, and partners. Infographics became one of my key tools, allowing me to take case studies, from supply chain optimization to customer sentiment analysis, and translate them into clear, visual stories that showed not just what the technology did, but why it mattered. Each visual was designed to spark conversations, whether in a boardroom pitch or on a website landing page.
Presentations were another cornerstone of my role. Artificial intelligence, deep learning, cognitive learning, and data science can feel like abstract or intimidating subjects.
My challenge was to craft slide decks that balanced rigor with clarity, so that decision makers without technical backgrounds could see the potential impact. These presentations often became the backbone of investor discussions, internal training, and industry talks, and I learned the value of visual hierarchy and narrative flow in keeping both technical and non-technical audiences engaged.
Video became my way of bringing motion and energy to these narratives. I animated infographics, built explainer videos, and produced short corporate clips that explained how our solutions worked. This was especially powerful for online audiences and events, where attention spans are short. A well-timed animation could simplify a process that would otherwise take minutes of dense explanation.
Beyond content creation, I also took on quality assurance. Every material we released, whether a social media post, a website article, or a polished presentation, needed to match the accuracy and credibility of the research behind it. My role meant checking data, labels, copy, and brand alignment before anything went public. This responsibility sharpened my eye for detail and taught me the importance of consistency in building trust.
I also contributed to the company’s digital presence more directly. I mocked up website designs to improve usability and flow, ensuring our digital storefront reflected the innovation behind our work. I wrote and published articles and posts that made our research and projects visible online, boosting search visibility and providing a steady stream of communication with the outside world.
By the time I left in August 2018, I had spent almost three years building the communication layer of a company driven by intelligence and algorithms. The experience gave me an enduring skill set: how to turn abstract concepts into clear stories, how to create visuals and motion that stick in memory, and how to keep accuracy at the heart of marketing.
Natural Intelligence Solutions was more than just a workplace; it was my training ground in translating technology into human language, and it continues to influence how I approach digital marketing and e-commerce today.
